Accessing the Patient List
Click the Menu option at the bottom of the screen, or
Click on Patients on the home screen to view today.
Features of the Patient List Screen
Displays a list of patients in the selected wards.
Sort patients by:
Ward
Early Warning Score (EWS)
Family name
Filter the patient list by ward.
Search for patients by first name or family name using the search bar.
Searches apply within the current filters.
Patient information displayed
Each patient entry shows:
Name and location
Task counter
Early Warning Score (EWS)
Early Warning Score trend indicator
Understanding indicators
Task Counter: Shows the number of tasks linked to the patient’s Early Warning Score.
Early Warning Score: Displays the score from the last recorded observations, colour coded according to the national Early Warning Score standard.
Early Warning Score Trend:
Red upward arrow:  | Latest score has increased. |
Green downward arrow:  | Latest score has decreased. |
Equals sign:  | No change between scores. |
