Accessing the Task List

This article explains how to access the Task List and how to use its sorting, filtering, and status features.

The Task List screen allows clinicians to view and manage all tasks that need to be completed for patients across selected wards.


Accessing the Task List

You can open the Task List in two ways:

  1. From the bottom navigation.

    • Click on Task List at the bottom of the screen.

  2. From the home screen.

    • Click on Tasks Overdue to immediately view overdue tasks.


What the Task List shows

The Task List presents all outstanding tasks for patients in the wards assigned to you.
Each task entry displays:

  • Task name

  • Patient name

  • Patient’s current location


Searching, sorting, and filtering tasks

Search

Use the search bar at the top of the screen to find a specific task quickly.

Sort options

Tasks can be sorted by:

  • Overdue

  • Ward

  • Family name

  • Task name

Filter options

You can filter the list by:

  • Ward

  • Overdue

These controls allow you to focus on the most urgent or relevant tasks for your workflow.


Task Due Indicator

Each task includes a Task Due Indicator, which displays one of three statuses:

  1. Overdue. Shows how long the task is overdue, displayed in:

    • Minutes

    • Hours

    • Days

  2. Due. Indicates when the task is scheduled to be completed.

  3. Continuous. Marks tasks or observations that require continuous monitoring rather than specific due times.
